If it’s 4-6 months prior to your maturity date or if you have received your Mortgage Renewal from your current lender, it’s time to start thinking about looking at your options.
Lenders usually send out Renewal Agreements offering higher rates than what is their “best rate available”. Their posted rates are generally 2% higher than their actual 5-year term. They have been getting away with this for so long that they continue to do this.
Once you receive your Renewal Agreement, please contact me. If I can beat the rate they are offering, I will. If I can’t beat it, then you can just sign on the dotted line with them. I work for your best interest.
