1.3 – Rates
I know most websites you have checked give you a rate chart. Recent government changes have forced Lenders to alter deciding factors in how rates are determined.
Rates are now dependent on the client’s credit, Loan to Value of subject property, product (purchase, refinance, etc.), if the property is insured, etc. I could display the lowest rates available, but they may not be applicable to you. The best rates available are usually for someone with impeccable credit that are purchasing an owner-occupied property with 5% down payment. So, if you don’t fall into all of these categories, then providing a rate chart on my website could potentially be doing you a disservice. Because of this, I have decided not to quote rates on my website.
